1. How do I track my order ?

A: All orders are shipped via India Post and we provide you with a tracking slip as soon as we send out your package. Still if you are unable to track your order, do ping us on whatsapp or IG.

2. When will I receive my order ?

A: We usually take 5-7 days to ship out an order. Thereafter the transit time is dependent on India Post and will vary depending on your location and our shipping point.

3. Are all products open to purchase by civilians ?

A: All products on the store are open for purchase by anyone. We do custom work for the units of all three services and many of these products are never listed on the store. Basically anything remotely sensitive in nature will never make its way up here.

4. Do you make customized products ?

A: Yes !!! We can cater for anything ranging from subtle changes in existing designs to making a new one from scratch for you. If you have something mind, give it to us in any form you can...poorly drawn pen illustrations are acceptable !!! Our design team will get back to your shortly, commenting on feasibility of the design versus the media on which you want it to be printed. Once we arrive at a mutually agreeable solution, your product will start taking shape.

5. Do you take bulk orders ?

A: Of course we do. But it is best that you contact us on whatsapp / email for bulk order queries.
